So it is Fall

In honor of the Fall I made this Parsnip and Carrot Pie.
I never used parsnip before but I like the soft anise taste it has. It is a vegetarian dish. Easy peasy to make.

It was just what I needed, an earthy well rooted dish.

Even Miss E., who is now almost one and a half years old, liked it.

We, Miss E. and I, love to watch Hedgehogg in the Fogg these days.

This is our favourite film at the moment. It is a bit exciting and mysterious.
